Each item is thoughtfully handmade and created to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Salt & Paw is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information.

Custom & Made-To-Order Items
All products are made to order and created in small batches with care. Because of this, slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade nature of each piece.
